STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be connected to a limited connection.
2. Manually disconnect it and connect to another network, like your phone's or
neighbor's.
3. Momentarily lose that connection.
OBSERVED RESULT
KDE will reconnect to the limited connection, causing long page loadings until
you notice the reconnection.
Deactivating the auto-connect feature works, but it should be done
automatically for limited connections.
EXPECTED RESULT
If the user disconnected/switched from a limited connection, KDE shouldn't try
to connect to it automatically.
