When double-clicking a highlight entry in the Annotations sidebar, Okular
currently scrolls to the corresponding highlight in the document, which is
useful. However, it would be helpful if the highlight also blinked or was
briefly emphasized in some way, so it can be quickly identified among other
annotations on the page. It would also be convenient if this action
automatically opened the associated pop-up note (pre-filled with any existing
text), instead of requiring an extra click.
