title. the spacing randomly changes when switching to another output with
different properties
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open kcm
2. scroll down
OBSERVED RESULT
below brightness slider there is excessive amounts of empty space
EXPECTED RESULT
no excessive spacing
