Show settings for host apps if permission is set Previously some settings were not shown for host apps because we cant enforce them they could always use some other means to achieve the desired functionality. However that also means if a host apps used the portal a once set or denied permission cannot be easily changed by the user aside from command line tools. Show the setting if the saved permission is not empty, since the app is clearly using the portal in that instance showing the specific settings should also not result in misleading messaging.
