Issue in System Monitor
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Hover you cursor over processes horizontally and vertically.
OBSERVED RESULT
The processes you are hovering over are flickering between selected and not
selected.
EXPECTED RESULT
As long as the cursor is hovering over a process, it shouldn't flicker between
states of selection and non-selection.
