Issue in System Monitor
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Toggle off the Wi-Fi and open System Settings.
OBSERVED RESULT
System Settings gives a scary red warning saying that System Monitor has
missing sensors.
EXPECTED RESULT
Just say "Connect to a network in order to see the Network module." in yellow
or blue.
