Feature request. On Plasma, when the system microphone is muted, there is
currently no feedback if the user starts speaking.
A notification (small OSD toast, similar to the existing volume OSD) raised
while user is speaking would be a nice addition. The notification should be
disabled by default and enabled via UI.
