Panel's Blue Beam.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Stop moving the cursor next to the auto-hide panel.
OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor disappears, but the panel's blue beam remains.
EXPECTED RESULT
Since the cursor is no longer moving (which is required to show the panel with
the cursor), the panel's blue beam should be hidden too.
