DESCRIPTION
When a user using AMD graphics first logs-in to their computer using plasma
login manager, hovering the password field causes the entire interface to
stutter / hitch / freeze until the cursor leaves the password box.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have AMD graphics
2. Hover the password field on the first login
OBSERVED RESULT
The entire interface stops responding as long as the cursor is on top of the
password box.
EXPECTED RESULT
The interface should still refresh and remain usable and interactive while in
the password box

Tested on other AMD based systems:
System 2: CPU: Ryzen 5 5900x, GPU: 7900XT
System 3: CPU: Ryzen 6 7800x3D, GPU: 9070XT
I could NOT reproduce the issue on systems with Intel based graphics.
