DESCRIPTION
The Audio preview of any File with Audio is constantly peaking (i.e. in the
Red) and never goes down, making every attempt at mixing the correct Audio
reliant on ear alone.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Load any file into a project
2. Look at Audio preview

OBSERVED RESULT
Its in the red at any volume, regardless of actual volume.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should showcase a correct Volume Meter instead of peaking permanently.
