DESCRIPTION
Code blocks using ``` ... ``` delimiters are not rendered with monospace fonts,
as opposed to inline code with ` ... ` delimiters which is rendered properly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a Markdown file in Kate with the "Document Preview" plugin enabled
2. Add a code block in the document
3. Render the document in the preview (or enable auto render)
OBSERVED RESULT
Code block is rendered in a regular font.
EXPECTED RESULT
Code block should be rendered in a monospace font.
