STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new user and log in.
2. Launch systemsettings.
3. Enable "Highlight Changed Settings"
4. Open the Virtual Desktop KCM.
OBSERVED RESULT
The "lines=1" settings is highlighted.
Clicking "Default" sets "lines=2". But since we have only 1 virtual desktop by
default, the setting reverts to "lines=1" once the user leaves the KCM.
EXPECTED RESULT
The initial setting should be the same as the default setting. (Probably by
changing the default setting to lines=1.
