Pushed by littlesweet into branch 'Plasma/6.8'. applets/weather: fix Wetter.com forecast timestamps Wetter.com provides both UTC and local timestamps for forecasts, but the UTC timestamp was previously converted using the system's local timezone. This caused forecast times to be displayed in the wrong timezone. Use the difference between the provided local and UTC timestamps to determine the forecast timezone and preserve the weather location's local time.
