I reproduced this on Konsole 25.12.3, Wayland, Plasma 6.

 $ printf '\e]8;;http://pinkfloyd.com\e\\Pink Floyd\e]8;;\e\\\n'

 Printed directly, the link works: hovering underlines it and Ctrl+click opens
it.

 $ printf '\e]8;;http://pinkfloyd.com\e\\Pink Floyd\e]8;;\e\\\n' | less

Piped into less, the same bytes render the same text, but no hyperlink region
is registered, so nothing underlines and nothing is clickable. With less -X,
which keeps the output on the main screen instead of switching to the alternate
screen, the link works again.
