The other has to do with scale. Can it be that screen positions are stored per setup, but scale is per output? Part of my setups are at 110% (whenever X= 1746). I indeed had at some point set my laptop to 110 %. Now I am back at scale 100 %, but maybe sometimes the old setups are applied? This would be consistent that this only happens sometimes - it might depend on the order in which I plug in the monitors (indeed I plugged the one I usually plug second as first, and even into the port the other port than usual). And indeed, I managed to reproduce it now. 0. Prerequisite might be to have used a weird scale factor for primary monitor (110 % in my case) 1. Unplug laptop, initiate sleep and quickly close the lid. That should make the laptop think the lid is open when it is closed. 2. Open the lid and plug in the monitors - I start with the rightmost one, at first only that one lights up with my panels, so briefly kwin thinks it is primary, but then when I plug in the second one that sits in the middle, I can reproduce the issue (twice now). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
