I'm an Arch user and had this one since an update too.
A search inside .config turned out lines like: "Forward=Alt+Right; Forward;
Alt+Right; Forward" inside "~/.config/kdeglobals". The duplication seemed
weird, removing kdeglobals and loging out and back in fixed the issue (of
course the removed settings like the desktop theme needed to be configured
afterwards).
