Hover bug observed/expected screenshot
DESCRIPTION
Layers docker: no hover status on New layer and Properties buttons, also
dropdown arrow missing next to New layer and Properties buttons, Occurs with
windows11 and windows vista styles.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move the mouse over the "+" (Add new layer or mask) button, then over the
Move up and Properties buttons.
OBSERVED RESULT
No frame appears around the buttons, and there is no dropdown arrow next to the
"+" button (see screenshot 1).
EXPECTED RESULT
Buttons should change to hover status, and a dropdown arrow is shown to the
right of the "+" and properties button (attached image).
