QQC2.Frame outline on union vs kde.desktop styles
The Quick Controls Frame component (QQC2.Frame) shows no outline on Union,
while it does on it's counterpart org.kde.desktop style
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
A good example are the changelog information boxes on Discover > Updates
