KWin fails to build with KWIN_BUILD_X11=OFF when XCB development headers are
not installed because src/screenedge.h unconditionally includes <xcb/xcb.h>.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure KWin with -DKWIN_BUILD_X11=OFF
2. Build without XCB development headers
OBSERVED RESULT
Compilation fails on src/screenedge.h: #include <xcb/xcb.h>
EXPECTED RESULT
KWin should build without XCB development headers when X11 support is disabled.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The same unconditional include is still present in KWin 6.7.91.
Removing that unused include lets the build continue.
