DESCRIPTION
the 'currently playing' icon in the playlist jumps to the wrong entry when
deleting playlist entries before it. making it a confusing experience when
trying to delete episodes you watched up to the one you are watching for later
continued watching from where you left off.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. make a playlist with multiple items
2. play one of the middle items
3. remove the "already watched" items before the one with the 'now playing'
triangle one by one
OBSERVED RESULT
you end up deleting every entry from the playlist because the now playing icon
keeps jumping one forward
EXPECTED RESULT
you only delete the items you already watched because you can catch up to the
icon and then stop deleting entries so that you can save the playlist and
continue it some other time.
