Fixed issue stacking the editor page multiple times by pressing ctrl+e With the new shortcuts introduced in Koko, there was an issue that stacked the editor page multiple times when pressing the shortcut ctrl+e. This commit disables the shortcut when there is a new page above the current one — that is, when the editor is opened.
