Since the switch to follow the region defaults the sensors tab to monitor
system temps forces Fahrenheit on everyone who uses the US region preset. In
the context of PCs many(probably most) American users understand what is
acceptable for their hardware in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit.
Without an override to change between Celsius and Fahrenheit the current
behavior requires many US based users to change their region preset to make
KInfoCenter Sensors usable again.
Ideally it should default to Celsius for everyone and offer a toggle to
Fahrenheit for those who need it.
