DESCRIPTION
Using Invert selection on an empty area of a layer with CST will select out of
canvas area especially in it's bottom width
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Having Grow more than 0 in CST Tool Options
2. Use CST on outer empty area of layer (layer can be empty)
3. Invert Selection
OBSERVED RESULT
Selection outside the canvas
EXPECTED RESULT
Not having that out of canvas selection
