            Bug ID: 526508
Summary: Windows subst command causes wrong drive to be used to
                    access albums
    Classification: Applications
           Product: digikam
      Version First 9.1.0
       Reported In:
          Platform: Microsoft Windows
                OS: Microsoft Windows
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Setup-Collections
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION
Windows subst command causes wrong drive to be used to access albums

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure collections as c:\hs\media\photos
2. Issue windows command subst w: c:\fs\web
3. Open digiKam

OBSERVED RESULT
UUID drive problems on start (I don't know what that means but I think it is a
symptom of a config alteration, see rest of observations.). Configuration shows
collections is now w:\fs\web i.e c: drive has been changed to w:. DigiKam works
when I delete the substitution with the /d option. Just in case you're
wondering, I have not selected Album Monitoring.

I'm assuming this problem is readily reproducible so have not included further
information but just mail me if you need to know anything more. DigiKam looks
like just the product I need and while this is not a major problem I hope you
can get it fixed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Display of subfolders
