I have upgraded from Kubuntu 24.04 LTS to 26.04 LTS via the official way when
prompted by Discover(?).
Normally, I shut down the monitor first, then the PC via the Power Button. In
the settings the Powerdevil option "When power button pressed" to is set to
"Shut down" (or similar, I use German language).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Power off monitor
2. Press power button on PC
3. PC does not shut down
Seems like pressing the Power button is ignored completely when monitor is
already powered off.
