System Error Notification

DESCRIPTION
I manually added a new AppImage called Zephyr to the launcher using `Edit
Applications...` Later on, I added the AppImage to Shelly and no longer needed
my manual version, so I deleted it in the `KDE Menu Editor`. Unfortunately,
after many system updates and restarts, it still shows up when searching in my
application launcher (alongside the correct Shelly version), and trying to run
it causes an error, attached below.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a new AppImage to application launcher using `Edit Applications...`
2. Save it.
3. Delete it.
4. Search for it using the default application launcher.

OBSERVED RESULT
The application still shows up when searched despite no longer existing in the
KDE Menu Editor.

EXPECTED RESULT
The deleted application should no longer show up when searched.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.30.0
Qt Version: 6.11.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
P.S. I'm new to KDE Plasma (and Linux in general), but it's been a great time
so far! You've done great work making it intuitive and customizable :)
