Demonstrates the mixed row and column arrangement bug on the desktop
When the desktop icon arrangement is set to "Columns", the sorting behavior
becomes inconsistent. While some icons align vertically in a column on the left
side of the screen as expected, other icons and folders arrange themselves
horizontally in a row across the top of the screen.
Steps to Reproduce:
Right-click on an empty area of the Desktop.
Set the icon arrangement to "Columns" (e.g., Icons > Arrange In > Columns).
Populate the desktop with multiple files and folders.
Observe the placement of the desktop icons.
Observed Behavior:
The icons do not uniformly follow the column arrangement. A portion of the
icons aligns in a vertical column on the left, but the rest align in a
horizontal row at the top edge of the screen.
Expected Behavior:
All desktop icons should align strictly vertically in columns, wrapping to the
next column only when reaching the bottom of the screen.
