Desktop keeps freezing and crashing with multiple crash handler windows
opening. Once a report is successfully sent, I can no longer choose an option
to restart the plasma shell on any of the crash handler windows. This happens
upon login and repeats after restarting the system.
The crash can be reproduced every time.
