--- Comment #5 from Seitaro Sugawara <[email protected]> --- Thank you for the quick fix! I re-downloaded the arm64 DMG from https://kstars.kde.org/download/macos/ and installed it. Before testing, I removed my workaround (the LaunchAgent that started dbus-daemon manually) and confirmed that DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS was no longer set. KStars now starts normally by double-clicking the icon on my MacBook Pro M1 with macOS 27.0.1. I also rebooted the Mac and tested again, and it still works.
