example of the circle to draw
DESCRIPTION
the magic select tool does not treat the canvas edge as part of the end of the
section, for closing gaps in line art. so if there is even a pixel gap in line
art between the canvas edge and the line, the selection will leak into
connecting line art.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. draw a circle partly cut of by the edge of the canvas but with no gap
between the line and the canvas edge.
2. erase as small(couple pixels) section of the line touching the canvas edge.
3. set magic select setting to, threshold: 1, spread: 100%(may not be part of
the issue just the settings is use), and selection action to replace.
4. set the close gap to a couple more px higher than the gap in the circle.
5. use the select tool in the circle.
OBSERVED RESULT
the selection selects the whole canvas excluding the line of the circle
EXPECTED RESULT
the magic select treats the edge of the canvas as a valid edge/part of the gap,
and the area in the circle is selected.
