DESCRIPTION
The error "unknown() : QFSFileEngine::open: No file name specified" is printed
to stderr approximately 480 times per second when playing audio files (tested
with .mp3 .wav and .flac) on non-KDE Plasma environments (tested with niri and
Hyprland)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into a desktop session that is not KDE Plasma
2. Open Haruna via the command line (or `haruna 2> haruna.log` for a more
permanent log)
3. Open an audio file which has no thumbnail using either the file picker
dialog or the drag and drop feature or a file path in the launch command
OBSERVED RESULT
"unknown() : QFSFileEngine::open: No file name specified" being spammed
hundreds of times per second into stderr and journald logs
EXPECTED RESULT
2 or 3 copies of that error per file opened without a thumbnail

Also i'm on firefox 157.0 and I can't seem to attach a file at all, the browse
button doesn't work for me at the moment
