--- Comment #20 from cwo <[email protected]> --- The limit is 100, but favorites that were uninstalled still count toward the limit. I recommend unfavoriting them before you uninstall them. You can manually remove existing favorites that are no longer around from the database with "DB Browser for SQLite" (or a similar SQLite program, or just SQL directly), the database file is ~/.local/share/kactivitymanagerd/resources, and the relevant table name is ResourceLink. To be honest I'm not quite sure why the limit is 100 specifically. Might just be a "reasonably large number", in which case we could probably bump this a bit.
