The global theme creator works well, imho. I have only found one flaw:
the global theme creator can not produce non-floating panels.
All non-floating panels become floating when installed out of a self-made
global theme.
There is already bug 520489 but I believe it isn't notice anymore perhaps.
Perhaps that bug rapport became too fuzzy. Therefor I write this in a separate
bug rapport.
