Vt102Emulation: fix kitty keyboard protocol disabling commands When the kitty keyboard protocol is enabled, we use it to encode key event, even though the key event may be mapped to a command (like "scrollpageup") in Konsole's key map. This is not what users expect, so fix that. If an advanced user wants to forward keys like shift+pageup to the application running inside Konsole, they can probably modify Konsole's keyboard layout (though I'm not sure how).
