DESCRIPTION
this appears to be a regression in the KDE application framework, on apps like
dolphin and kate when on wayland (any compositor including kwin) tab scrolling
seems to have stopped working both on trackpads and mice while tab scrolling
should be able to be done on any of them. setting QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb makes tab
scrolling act as normal.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open an app like dolphin or kate
2. create multiple tabs
3. scroll on the tabs
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
tabs should switch
