For some reason, Configure > Window > Show on all desktops does nothing for me. It still switches my virtual desktop to the one Yakuake was first opened on. I have tried toggling the setting, but that does not appear to do fix it nor does fully closing and reopening Yakuake between changes to that setting. The only thing that works for me is to go to system settings > Window Management > Window Behavior > Advanced and set "Virtual Desktop behavior: When activating a window on a different Virtual Desktop:" as "Bring window to current Virtual Desktop".
