Recently after upgrading distro packages I can no longer use mouse scroll to
switch tabs in Dolphin (and other KDE apps).
I suspect this is caused by Qt 6.12.0 upgrade (from 6.11.2) but I am not
completely sure.
Other forum members also have this issue, one of them tested in Openbox(X11)
the function seemed to work, but I couldn't test because SDDM seems to also be
broken on my system.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open at least two tabs in dolphin
2. move mouse cursor to tabs
3. mouse scroll up and down
OBSERVED RESULT
Tabs doesn't switch in dolphin
EXPECTED RESULT
Tabs switch in dolphin as you scrol your mouse
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.30.0
Qt Version: 6.12.0
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Might becaused by Qt 6.12.0.
