STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move, copy, or download a large file anywhere
2. When the notification for this appears, click the "Details" button
OBSERVED RESULT
The button moves below the progress graph that has just appeared.
EXPECTED RESULT
The button stays where it is.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pretty sure this is a regression from change that added the job progress graph;
without the graph appearing, the button remains where it is, and textual
details appear on a new row below the button.
