STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to a item, right-click it, go to Open With.
2. Click on an app or click on the "Ok" button.
OBSERVED RESULT
The "Ok" button is useless, since just clicking the app works, and just
clicking the "Ok" button exclusively functions to give the user a weird error
message.
EXPECTED RESULT
The "Ok" button should be removed since it's vestigial.
