Issue in Plasma
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Edit Mode, and check "Panel and Widgets".
2. Hover over an active app icon on the Panel.
OBSERVED RESULT
The window miniature/preview is glued to the panel.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should float too.
