DESCRIPTION
`plasmashell --replace` crashes everytime I execute it from the command line.
The desktop shortly flashes in the background, is halted, flashes shortly again
and starts the KDE bug reporter, which then crashes every time I try to submit
data.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. issue `plasmashell --replace` from `konsole`
