Pushed by albertvaka into branch 'master'. share: Catch DownloadManager exception and index received files in MediaStore On Android 10+ (and especially Android 13+ devices), DownloadManager.addCompletedDownload throws an IllegalStateException/FileNotFoundException when passing filesystem paths under scoped storage restrictions. Because publishFile() was called inside the receive loop without catching this exception, the entire transfer was falsely marked as failed with an 'Error receiving file' notification even though the file was fully received and written to storage. Catch exceptions from DownloadManager.addCompletedDownload and log them as warnings. Additionally, index all received files with MediaStoreHelper.indexFile() so modern Android media scanners and download providers discover them properly.
