STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Edit an activity
2. Change the icon or its name/description
3. Click the arrow to go back, as seen in the screen recording
4. Edit the same activity again
OBSERVED RESULT
Changes are silently discarded.
EXPECTED RESULT
The use should be asked whether they want the changes to be saved.
