Not sure if this belongs under frameworks-kio or kiofuse sorry
Now that kio-fuse lives at a stable path it is a lot easier to have software
use it, or to e.g. bind mount/symlink directories into my home dir. One of the
remaining papercuts is that there's a worse experience in dolphin and other
frameworks-using apps when browsing files from kio fuse.
My proposal is to make kiofuse set an xattr (maybe kio.kio-url or something) or
some other metadata on all files and directories it provides. kio could then
look for such metadata when opening or taking other actions on a file, and if
present, use the kio codepath instead of the unix codepath.
