STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Hover over avatars.
OBSERVED RESULT
If you hover over the avatars on the left side, you'll see that the tooltips
are appearing behind the avatar selection window.
EXPECTED RESULT
Tooltips should appear in front of the avatar selection window.
