Bug ID: 527231
Summary: the “Assign Tags” action in the batch queue manager
with "Color Labels” option does not work as expected
Classification: Applications
Product: digikam
Version First 9.1.0
Reported In:
Platform: Arch Linux
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: BatchQueueManager-Core
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Target Milestone: ---
DESCRIPTION
When I process JPEG files using the batch queue manager, the “Assign Labels”
action does not work when I specify a color label (regardless of the color).
The rest of the tools work normally, and my files are created correctly using
the other tools. Assigning labels (the little flags) and star ratings work
correctly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use the batch queue manager with JPEG files located in an album,
2. select the “Assign Tags” action, choose “Color Labels,” and then select a
color—for example, “magenta”
3. Fill in the export options for the original album and file names
4. Run
OBSERVED RESULT
A JPEG file is created in the target album once processing is complete, but the
color label is not applied to the file.
EXPECTED RESULT
A JPEG file is created in the target album once processing is complete, and the
magenta color label is assigned to the JPEG file.
