Breeze; widgetStyle=Breeze.

However, I have just tried multiple permutations of Themes / Colours /
Application Style / Plasma Style / Window Decorations and the issue remains
constant.

Let me know if I can provide any config files, etc. to assist.

## LLM diagnosis (pruned by me):

QT_QUICK_CONTROLS_STYLE is unset in the session, and setting it to
org.KDE.desktop does not change the result - the corruption is identical, so it
does not appear to be style-dependent.

FYI: QT_QUICK_CONTROLS_STYLE=Breeze does not resolve on this system: 'module
"Breeze" is not installed', while org.KDE.desktop loads fine.

It also is not a value from my colour scheme: the corrupted areas are pure
#ffffff, which appears nowhere in my scheme and not in the resolved palette in
this session either.

What I see matches the alternating row background of the new dialog:
src/table/ColumnConfigurationDialog.qml sets
`Kirigami.Theme.useAlternateBackgroundColor: true` on the delegate, so odd rows
get `alternateBackgroundColor` (renders correctly, dark ~#1d1f22) and even rows
get the normal row background, which renders as #ffffff with the theme's white
title text on it - the title is invisible and only the grey subtitle shows.
