TreeViewElement: draw the branch arrow at the size of the indicator Before this change, the arrow pixmap was rendered at the size of the branch area, which is as tall as the row, and drawn without scaling into the indicator rectangle. In the details view of Dolphin, whose rows are taller than the indicator, the arrows were too big and cut off. The arrow is now rendered as a square that fits the indicator size from the theme.
