Pushed by zamundaaa into branch 'Plasma/6.8'. multigpuswapchain: enforce the host memory workaround for Nvidia GPUs Copying from Nvidia GPUs to dmabufs in system memory with Vulkan causes glitches due to a driver bug. The host memory path was added to work around that bug, but if the target GPU doesn't support Vulkan (or the driver isn't installed), we'd still end up using the buggy copy path anyways. To prevent that, this explicitly guards against using the buggy code path on Nvidia GPUs.
