Issue in Kdenlive
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Cancel the transcoding notification when importing a video.
2. Remove the audio track.
3. Try to render the video.
OBSERVED RESULT
An additional transcoding notification appears despite the video being mute.
EXPECTED RESULT
Do not show the additional transcoding notification regarding audio/video
synchronization issues when only audio or only video is being rendered.
